We were looking to purchase an investment property and were referred to him specifically because he has experience in that area of real estate. Jason was quick to comb through listings and email recommendations of properties that might work with our budget, location and investment parameters. He found us a 4 bedroom condo that we never would have picked out on our own but it ended up being the perfect investment. We are new to real estate investing and felt very confident with Jason’s knowledge and expertise. We even decided to ask him to list the property for rent and find us a tenant. "I recently had the pleasure of working with Jason Arcuri to sell my mother’s condo. I cannot put into words how amazing it was to work with Jason. Jason is a complete professional and my experience working with him was amazing. The manner in which Jason cared for my mother during the process was second to none. Jason not only staged the condo for the sale but cleaned and organized it to show what a beautiful property it is. He also orchestrated all the repairs from the inspection. "What a pleasure it is working with Jason to find your dream house! He was a perfect combination of someone who is patient, helpful, and informed. He knows the real estate business inside and out - and that is very helpful in not only finding the right property, but also in negotiating the best deal. We weren’t sure exactly what we wanted when we started househunting… So we saw a lot of homes. Jason always made himself available to show us the houses in a very prompt fashion. We trekked all over the state of Connecticut looking for the right home – and he was always cheerful and pleasant and helpful. After looking at about a dozen or so homes, we did find the perfect house. "If you are reading this review, then first let me congratulate you on starting your home journey. Whether you are purchasing your first home, upgrading to a larger space or downsizing, the home buying and selling process can be an emotional roller coaster. The right agent can alleviate most of that stress. Real estate agents are a dime a dozen, everyone has a friend, relative or family member in the business who they recommend. The interview process can be time consuming and frustrating when most agents respond with what they think you want to hear. After multiple interviews and increased frustration, we were fortunate to have another realtor recommend Jason Arcuri. I knew he was the right agent for the job after just 10 minutes into our conversation. Jason has the market knowledge, negotiation skills and attention to detail to help you find the right fit. We toured multiple homes before we found our home and Jason pointed out the potential issues and concerns within each one, such as one home’s poor DIY electrical wiring jobs. Once we found our home, from our offer to closing, Jason navigated the process for us and made it quick and painless. We can not relate to the people who say that the home buying process was stressful and they are glad it’s over. "Jason was a breath of fresh air and a dramatic change from our original agent. His use of social media was a huge. The virtual staging and the drone video showing the 1/3 mile driveway and 5 acres of land was beautiful! His video walking tour was great, showing many features of the house, which may not have come across as well in photos! He was readily available for questions and offered valuable suggestions to changes/improvements to make our home more desirable. We highly recommend Jason, if you really want to sell your home!"
